The environment is getting cleaner and safer every year. Let's quit doing expensive things simply to please the federal EPA
E-check is just another expensive program done simply to please the federal EPA. I would launch an investigation to prove that most of the tax-supported programs to clean up the air, the land, the water, are unnecessary.

Taxation makes everyone a little bit poorer. We have less to spend on proper diet, health care, and doctor visits. This causes some people to die a few months or years earlier than if they had the money to take better care of themselves. Moral: Lower taxes means better health and a cleaner environment.
