Shall the Revised Charter of the City of Loveland, Ohio, be amended to provide that the Director of Law (City Solicitor) be appointed by the City Council rather than the City Manager and serve for an indefinite term, subject to removal at any time, with or without cause, by the majority vote of all members of Council and to make uniform various references to general Ohio law by consistently using the term "the laws of Ohio" throughout the Amended Charter?
