A proposed change to the terms of the legislative authority of the City of Cheviot. Council Members from Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3 and Ward 4 shall, at the general election in the year 2001,be elected to terms of four years in length, and continuing for each term thereafter. At-Large Council Members shall, at the general election in the year 2001, be elected to terms of two years in length. Beginning at the general election in the year 2003, At-Large Council members shall be elected to terms of four years in length, and continuing for each term thereafter.
