An additional tax for the benefit of Colerain Township , County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services at a rate not exceeding four and thirty-four hundredths (4.34) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-three and four-tenths cents ($0.434) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 20000, first due in calendar year 2001.

  Official Information

Colerain Township Additional 4.34 mill. This levy will finance a new fire station in Pleasant Run with a $1 million Budge for the new Station and increase on-duty staffing from 26 to 32 firefighters/paramedics. It has been 12 years since a request for more money. This levy is in response to population growth and increase demand for services in the Township.
