A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Fairfax, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding ninety-six hundredths (0.96) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to nine and six-tenths cents ($0.096) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2000, first due in calendar year 2001.

Fairfax Tax Levy Renewal 0.96 ml for 5 years for current operating expenses. This levy will finance waste collection services. This renewal levy generates approximately $30,000 towards our annual waste collection budget of $102,000. This is a renewal only, no additional or new taxes will be increased to home owners.
