As your City treasurer for the past twelve years, I have been able to improve and maintain the Treasurer's Office in an effective, cost efficient manner within the structure of City Government while working independently, yet cooperatively with other City Departments. Through professional education/leadership opportunities, I continue to hone my financial expertise, technical skills, and personnel management abilities to keep the pledge I made when you first elected me as your City Treasurer, to forward the functions of the Treasurer's Office.
