Existing Debt
Paying off the existing debt and not forging ahead until you can afford to are very basic and sound principles! WE ARE NOT HEADING IN THAT DIRECTION!
Downtown
Severe parking shortages and congested traffic make it difficult for us to enjoy our own beach.
Sewer System
Our sewer system is at capacity and the decision to upgrade was not made until the State of California began imposing fines for City Council mismanagement.
