In 1998, the citizens of Arroyo Grande voted to keep the Office of City Clerk as an elected position. I believe the Office should be independent and directly answerable to the public.

My leadership in developing the Office and my deep commitment to our community qualifies me to continue as City Clerk. I pledge to honor the trust the voters have placed in me and protect the integrity of the Office.
