Candidate for
City Council; City of Solana Beach

Sandy was raised in Arcadia, California and attended Arcadia High school. While attending the University of Southern California Sandy spent his summers in San Diego enjoying the nice beaches.

Sandy was honorably discharged fron the United States Navy with the Secretary of the Navy's Navy Achievement Medal. While in the Navy Sandy was a Serch and Rescue swimmer and an instructor for non-tactical aircrewmen in the H-3 helicopter.

Sandy is the Purchasing manager for the La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club. Sandy has also worked at several other world renowned resorts like La Valencia Hotel, Rancho Valencia Resort, L' Auberge Del Mar, and the Bali Hai Hotels in Moorea, French Polynesia

Sandy is currently the Chairperson of the Solana Beach Public safety Commission. Sandy has been the Vice Chairperson of the Solana Beach Crime Commission, served as Membership Chairperson for the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce and served on the Fiesta Del Sol Committee in charge of the food vendors.

Sandy is a member of the United States Navy League, University of Southern California General Alumni Association, Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, Mission Bay Yacht Club, Solana Beach Civic & Historical Society, Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Paopao Outrigger Canoe Club in Oceanside.

Sandy and his wife Debbi have been married for 10 years and love Solana Beach.
