I moved to Ramona nearly six years ago for the rural country lifestyle I was looking for. In those past six years, I have watched the transformation of the rural Ramona to that of a city on the verge of losing its identity. We don't need high-density tract homes, but rural residential that allows the keeping of horses and farm animals. We need open space with trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Ramona should also be a community with infrastructure that works, adequate roads that connect without the gridlock, and trails that help unite the community in our quest for a rural country lifestyle. To make that happen means working with all sides to find that common ground.

I've worked hard to share information about the projects coming to Ramona through my website (http://www.cityoframona.com). Too much goes on without the citizens of Ramona being informed, and the City of Ramona website has helped to spread the word. I've also been an active participant on the Trails and Transportation subcommittee. Through these actions, I'm helping to keep Ramona from turning into another Poway!

If elected, I will continue to work to represent YOU on the issues of growth, infrastructure, and most importantly, OUR rural country lifestyle.
