Preserving our Pristine Mountains

By Richard N. "Rick" Paul, Jr.

Candidate for City Council; City of Escondido

This information is provided by the candidate
Residential: Rick Paul would never vote for a developer to flatten the top of a mountain to build houses. He supports 100% enforcement of the Hillside and Ridgeline Ordinance. Industrial: Rick Paul believes Quail Hills can be developed by using the General Plan's design for following the contour of the terrain and by rezoning the NW corner to preserve the ridgeline, building homes for a smooth transition to the existing residential neighborhood.
See VISION STATEMENT on Rick Paul's website: http://www.richardnpaul.com.
