Planned Growth

It is a fact of life that this city is going to develop and grow. I am a strong believer in controlled, planned and well thoughtout growth. We need to look at the long term affects that any planned development might have. We also need to have a standard when it comes to how we develop. I would like to see that most development would have a minimal effect on the citizen that are currently living in the area being development. Some times in Vista we do not take care of the people living in an area as much as we are taking care of the new homes or business.

We need to have the roads completed and traffic lights installed prior to new homes being completed. We should look at growth in a manner that benefits the city as a whole.
