Replace Manchester Resorts

By Randall Horton

Candidate for City Council; City of Oceanside

This information is provided by the candidate
Replace Manchester with someone who will finish the job on time.
Manchester cannot obtain financing for its Oceanside project until it does so for 2 San Diego hotels, which are at a standstill due to a criminal investigation of San Diego City Council Member Valerie Stallings, litigation with JMI Realty, and an ever-increasing environmental contamination cleanup problem. Thus, Manchester-Oceanside is stalled.

We need to cut loose of Manchester and begin seeking proposals for a new developer and a backup developer. If we don't do this, the land which has been vacant since the last election will be vacant until the next election!
