Bob Kraemer's Top 3 Priorities as a Trustee of GUSD

1. Significantly improve academic achievement for all students by utilizing "best practices"; selecting, professional developing and motivating district staff; and instilling a system of accountability throughout.

2. Provide sufficient facilities that enhance teaching and learning at all locations.

3. Create within staff, parents, business and community a team approach to successfully implement priorities # 1 & 2.

The above 3 priorities are in agreement with the short and long term District Priorities presented by Superintendent Edwin Diaz and approved by the Board on September 18 2000. I was involved in the creation of and fully support the approved District Priorities.
