  • To continue to provide an adequate and reliable supply of high quality, pollution free water at an affordable price to the people of Orange County.
  • Take needed actions to be ready to minimize the projected impacts of population growth & environmental regulations on water supply, quality & costs
  • To increase water awareness among our water users, children too, so that we can all work together to prevent waste and pollution of our water supply.
