Santa Ana has come a long way with Mayor Miguel Pulido's help.
Santa Ana's crime rate has dropped each and every year of Mayor Pulido's term. By working for federal and state funding for law enforcement, Mayor Pulido is implementing neighborhood policing and putting more officers on the streets. As a result of this focus, Santa Ana has the lowest crime rate of any city its size in America.

The city has attracted many new business and is becoming a manufacturing center. Santa Ana has a revitalized downtown, including an Artists Village. Mayor Pulido went to Washington and worked to get the Ronald Regan Federal Court House built in Santa Ana.

Mayor Pulido wants to use the $10 million in bonds he fought for to improve park facilities. He wants to improve library services. He wants to continue to keep our children off the streets and out of gangs with more after school programs. He wants to fix our streets and infrastructure.

"To build a better image of Santa Ana we have to build a better reality. That's what we are doing. Property values are going up, businesses are locating here and that means more money for schools and for improving the quality of life for everyone." Mayor Miguel Pulido
