Advisory Vote Only Should the Utility Tax paid solely by an electric power plant be placed into an Infrastructure Fund to be used only for the maintenance construction and repair of infrastructure such as sewers, sewage lift stations storm drains, storm water pump stations, alleys, streets, highways, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street trees, landscaped medians, parks, beach facilities, playgrounds, traffic signals, street lights and block walls along arterial highways?
