Smart Voter Political Philosophy for John "Lower Taxes" Loew

Candidate for
Assessor; County of Los Angeles

This information is provided by the candidate

Drastic changes are immediately needed in the delivery of public service to taxpayers. My ability to solve this problem stems from the many kudos that I have receieved from taxpayers over the years, complimenting me on my ability to solve highly complex issues. Currently, clerical staff handles taxpayer inquiries, which can lead to miscommunications. Under my administration, public service will be provided exclusively by our appraisal staff. By using deputy assessors who have been educated by me to feel accountable to taxpayers, our office can deliver public service information rivaling some of the best customer service provided by private enterprises. This will result in greater satisfaction amongst taxpayers who contact our office for assistance.

Under my administration, it will become the policy of our office to perform valuations more conservatively, resulting in lower property tax bills.
