Honesty, integrity, leadership and experience are the qualifications I bring as your candidate for re-election to the Dublin City Council.

I have lived in Dublin for 24 years. During this time I have worked to serve all our community from the youth to our seniors. As the chairperson of the Senior Citizen Advisory Committee I lead the effort to open our first Senior Center and have been actively supporting our new Senior Center.            As a former School Board Trustee I have always supported the relationship between the city and the school district. I am very proud to have been a member of the City Council to start the Technology Partnership with the school district providing computers to all our schools.

As your representative I am also proud of what we have accomplished in the city. I have helped usher Dublin into active participation in the new economy with new parks and housing, new shopping and jobs, and the start of the building of our new library.               We need to keep our community diverse and protect our natural environment. We have built new residences from apartments to up-scale homes. We must keep Dublin livable while managing moderate and reasonable growth. I will balance moderate growth with the protection of our hills and infrastructure.

I am proud of our accomplishments but see there is more to do. I will continue to work with you to assure the growth in Dublin is with vision and good environmental planning.
