An additional tax for the benefit of the City of Mt. Healthy, County of Hamilton, Ohio for the purpose of STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND REPAIRS at a rate not exceeding one and five-tenths (1.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifteen cents ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five (5) years, commencing in 2000, first due in calendar year 2001.   Nonpartisan Information
