A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Owensville Village for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to fifteen cents ($0.15) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing 2000, first due in calendar year 2001.   Nonpartisan Information
