Greg Wilkens will return pride and motivation to the staff of the Butler County Engineer's Office.
Challenging the pool of talent in the office and using consultants where it is cost-effective and necessary for the projects are priorities for Greg Wilkens. He will rebuild internally and concentrate on the efficient use of staff talent.

  • Rebuild and restore the staff to the levels needed for peak performance in all departments.

  • Build teams. Return pride and motivation to the office and its work.

  • Concentrate on a better, more efficient use of the in-house talent and resources.
