The office, comprised of two divisions, located in four separate facilities, offers increased efficiency and improved service to the public.The strategy to apply business principles to the Clerk's office has achieved tremendous results. Over the past four years, the Clerk's office has issued over $500,000 in cost refunds to the public. We have introduced the acceptance of personal checks. We implemented 24-hour title processing. The U.S. Passport services have been expanded. We continue to work cooperatively with the Ohio department of Motor Vehicles to create one-stop shops in Butler County for people to obtain titles, licenses and drivers exams in one location. |
