Measure D School Bond Issuance -- Santa Paula School District (Requires 2/3 vote for ratification)
3,926 / 80.2% Yes votes
972 / 19.8% No votes
To repair and renovate every school in Santa Paula Elementary School District, make the District eligible for State matching funds, replace classroom heating/ventilation systems, upgrade classroom electrical systems for computers and modern technology, repair and replace leaky roofs, build new permanent classrooms and facilities, and upgrade classroom communication systems for improved student safety, shall the District issue $10 million of bonds at interest rates below the legal limit so long as no bond money is spent on administrative salaries?

2,369 / 64.0% Yes votes
1,331 / 36.0% No votes
To reduce class size, enhance student safety and provide students with new classrooms to relieve overcrowding by constructing a new neighborhood elementary school, upgrade electrical wiring in existing classrooms and libraries for computer use, repair school facilities, and obtain eligibility for State school funding, shall the Fillmore Unified School District issue $7.5 million of bonds at an interest rate within the legal limit?

Shall the ordinance that allows the expansion of the St. Joseph's Health and Retirement Center near Ojai, California, by approving and making effective and operative a Resolution and Ordinance No. 4201 of the Board of Supervisors of Ventura County (both adopted October 19, 1999), which will amend the Ventura County General Plan, the Ojai Valley Area Plan, and the Ventura County Zoning Ordinance, be adopted?
