Tax System

By James D. Williams, Jr.

Candidate for United States Representative; District 12

This information is provided by the candidate
Tear down the current tax system. It is unfair...
The current tax system in no way promotes investing in our country. There are so many people who are angry that successful people continue to increase their wealth. So the answer to that is to raise the taxes on them and any one else who makes a good living.

What we need to do is redo the tax system and create one flat tax for all american citizens regardless of wealth. If everyone is taxed one rate it will allo more Americans to invest in their future and the future of the company.

Overall I am tired of how successful people get punished for making money. This is still the land of opportunity or is it only an opportunity until you reach a certain financial stature?
