For every dollar government wastes, it means one less dollar for schools, health care, public safety and other vital services. I'll hold Congress accountable and take steady aim at waste so we have more revenue to solve problems and help the people who pay the taxes.

Keep America's economy strong by letting taxpayers keep more of their money so businesses can grow and families can build financial security.

Reform health care to expand access, reduce costs and protect patient rights.

Enact "fair-square" trade policies that expand foreign markets and protect America's place in the global economy.

Strengthen America's defenses against domestic terrorism, cyber-sabotage and international terrorists.

People have always been my bottom line. In banking, I've helped people start businesses, create jobs, buy homes and build financial security. In health care, I've worked to expand access and reduce costs. In public service, I've focused on education and helping kids. In Congress, I'll do the same.
