Creation of a rural health care district that contracts coverage to a single HMO, provides greater Medi-Cal reimbursements, doctor incentives and transportation.
Domestic Violence Protection and Prosecution Act
Provides for sweeping legislation requiring every law enforcement jurisdiction to have a Domestic Violence Unit, casemanagement, in-home visits, three strikes approach to sentencing.
California E-Commerce Sales Tax Reduction Act
Reduces sales tax for California Internet sales by up to 50%, allows for legal agreements with other states to collect sales tax.
