  • Traffic signals between the hours of midnight and five a.m. are to flash red should help to prevent carjacking.
  • Headlights on new vehicles will be no higher than 3' from ground and aligned so to not blind other drivers.
  • All drivers on any road will move to the right hand lane so as to not hinder traffic flow.
