Why I Am Running

By Al Kildani

Candidate for Republican Central Committee; Assembly District 12

This information is provided by the candidate
The SF GOP needs an injection of new leadership in order to grow.
I ask for your support as a candidate for the San Francisco County Republican Central Committee so that I can help shape an agenda that attracts more people to our party. Current and past leadrership has unfortunately resulted in a paltry 13.5% party registration in the City. Only new leadership with new ideas can hope to grow our party into a force in San Francisco. I believe I will bring youthful energy and ideas to a local party that has stagnated for the last 20 years. I pledge to help grow the party by focusing on issues that San Francsico cares about, while avoiding issues the GOP can never win in S.F. With the emergence of a new technology-driven populace, I believe the central committee is in dire need of new leadership that understands how to attract new people to the party, such as those currently enjoying so much success working for emergin technology companies in the City. Remember we need a change because the results produced by our current leadership have been shameful. I promise to begin changing that as a member of the Republican Central Committee.
