Kathy Chavez Napoli and her husband started a recycling business over 26 years ago. Although they started with just one truck, the Napoli's business has grown and is now recognized as a leader in it's industry. Kathy realizes that she did not become successful all on her own--it took the many people who supported her throughout her life. She remembers where she comes from and wants to continue to give back to her community by serving as the next San Jose City Councilwoman representing District 2. Kathy hopes to put her entrepreneurial talents to work for the people of San Jose.
