  • Graduate of Yale University, and of the Univ. of Michigan Law School
  • Masters degrees from USC and CSULB in Public Administration and Criminology
  • served in US Marine Corps and as US Army MP Lieutenant in Vietnam

  • If elected, I will balance the rights of the victim and the public with those of the accused.
  • If elected, I will run a courtroom which is efficient, but fair to both sides.

  • Appointed by the Judges in April 1987
Priorities:
  • Justice delayed is Justice denied. I work hard to avoid delay and backlog and will continue to do so.
  • Safe communities and neighborhoods.
  • To use "common sense" when judging any case
