Biographical Highlights
  • Occupation: Municipal COURT COMMISSIONER since 1983.
  • Received highest rating in judicial evaluation of LA County Bar.
  • Perform same functions and duties as JUDGE. Have presided in criminal and civil courtrooms on a daily basis for over 16 years.
  • Imposed Jail sentences, for first time in California history, on corporate executives found guilty of toxic waste pollution.
  • Current assignment--unique Federally-funded criminal child support enforcement Court. Collect tens of millions of dollars for thousands of kids.
  • Lawyer from 1973-1983. Prosecutorial, defense and juvenile court experience, including position as Special Assistant to the United States Attorney.
  • Graduate of UC Berkeley and Loyola University School of Law (Los Angeles).
