  • I am the retail manager at Snyder's Cyclery where I've worked for 28 years.
  • In 1984 I became the first American mechanic to work in the Tour de France.
  • I co-founded and was a 3-year president of Kern Wheelmen.

Top Priorities if Elected
  • To enable the public to freely and easily communicate with the Mayor and in turn have the Mayor regularly communicate to the community.
  • To work to bring more high tech and nonpolluting businesses to Bakersfield, especially to East and Southeast Bakersfield.
  • To work with the City Council, KEDC and the County Supervisors to bring about better long-range city planning.
