I have served 12 years as a Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting murders, sexual assault, child molestation, other violent felonies, misdemeanors and DUI. I have spent 2 years in the Consumer Fraud Division, prosecuting scam artists who prey on the elderly and disadvantaged. I volunteer my time to many causes and serve on the De La Salle High School Alumni Board. I am committed to public service and making sure justice is done.
Endorsements
I have been endorsed by most of the Police Officer Associations in Contra Costa County as well as by 20 sitting Superior Court Judges. I am endorsed by Crime Victims United and Citizens for Law and Order. The Public Employees Local 1 endorse me. Senator John Nejedly and Retired Superior Court Judge Bill O'Malley are the Honorary Co-Chairs of my campaign. Those who have seen me work support my candidacy for judge.
Most Qualified for the job
I was born and raised in Contra Costa County, 1 of 9 children born to Claire and Bill O'Malley. I have dedicated my life to working hard, helping people and living my life with integrity and honesty. My family has a long tradition of public service and I will pass that tradition on to my two beautiful sons, Jake (age 5) and John (age 3). Those who have seen me work support my candidacy for Superior Court Judge. As Judge, I will work hard, be honest, tough and fair.
