The resolution also seeks the voters' opinions on whether the County Board of Supervisors should amend the general plan and zoning code in substantially the same form previously mailed to residents in the Diablo Community Services District area ("Diablo Area").

The advisory measure provides for voters in the Diablo Area to voice their opinions on whether the County Board of Supervisors should amend the general plan and zoning code. The advisory measure asks voters whether the County Board of Supervisors should adopt a Floor Area Ratio ordinance applicable in the Diablo Area in substantially the same form mailed to District residents on or about December 10, 1999, to provide proportionality between house size and lot size. A copy of the mailed amendment and ordinance are available for inspection at the Danville office of the District 3 Supervisor. The results of the vote on this measure will be advisory.
