Measure A -- City of El Cerrito (Approved by two-thirds of the voters)

Shall the City of El Cerrito impose a special tax in the maximum yearly amount of $58.46 per single family residential unit, and comparable amounts for multifamily and nonresidential property, collected with the property tax, for up to 20 years, to renovate the Swim Center, rehabilitate Canyon Trail Clubhouse, restore restrooms at Huber, Poinsett and Harding Parks and establish a dedicated fund with yearly and mandatory contributions from the general fund to maintain and replace city capital facilities."

Shall an ordinance be adopted to elect members of the City Council of the City of Oakley at-large rather than by district?

Measure C Special Tax -- Diablo Community Services District
233 / 46.2% Yes votes
271 / 53.8% No votes
Shall Ordinance No. 99-47 of the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County be approved so as to authorize a one-time special tax of no more than $75 per residential property to fund the development and consideration of a general plan amendment and zoning ordinance regulations to establish in the Diablo Community Services District area a Floor Area Ratios proportionality between houses and their lot sizes?

233 / 46.1% Yes votes
272 / 53.9% No votes
Should the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors amend the General Plan and the Zoning Code as they apply to the Diablo area to adopt a Floor Area Ratio Ordinance substantially in the form mailed to the Diablo residents on or about December 10, 1999, and a copy of which is available for public inspection at the District 3 Supervisor's office 309 Diablo Road, Danville, CA, so as to provide proportionality between house and lot size?
