Business Attraction & Retention
The regional economy is experiencing a "boom" and we have to be positioned to take advantage of it. Here are some of my plans:
Cityhood for Castro Valley
Castro Valley requires local governance so that residents have full representation and input into their own local affairs.
Economic Development & Revitalization
Economic development in both suburban and rural areas of the county is happening without a master plan to control it. We need to coordinate development and revitalization efforts from a regional perspective.
