Positions.1. Adequate supply of water: We must aquire water rights from other districts in California to insure the future of our Valley and its needs. 2. Management of the ground water basin is primary. At one time its level was low but we have built it up to full capacity over the past ten years. 3. The water level must be maintained for recreation. The Federal, State, and Water district, as well the East Bay Regional Park must work together to make this a reality for generations to come. |
