One of us, a regular guy, "A REFRESHNG CHANGE". An organized, experienced manufacturing management professional with a career record of success. An individual with well developed operations analysis and problem solving skills. One who has effectively implemented leading edge processes with outstanding results. Able to communicate effectively at all levels. A positive negotiator who can quickly gain rapport with the community, employees and peers. Education includes Creative Leadership, conflict resolution, no-fault negotiating, labor and employment, safety management and bloodborne pathogens.


A veteran and life member of the AMVETS post 86, The Chambers Hautman Budde Post 05234 American Legion, Delhi Township Civic Association, Delhi Senior Citizen Multi-Services, Delhi Township Police Association, Delhi Athletic Association, OLV Athletic Association, a volunteer neighborhood block watch captain, Delhi Township historical Society, a past president of the Men's Club, past Boy Scout committee person, baseball and soccer coach. A history of SOLID LEADERSHIP, FISCAL RESPONSIBELITY AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, I consider myself caring and committed.

A lovely wife Ann, a son John, a daughter Jennifer Hertsenberg and three beautiful grandchildren (Kelsay, Nick and Lauren). My wife's mother, Irene Cast resides at our home. I have brothers Bill Reder and Joe Reder, sisters Mary Groh and Ruth Renner that live within walking distance of my Delhi Township home. Another sister Betty Eicher lived on the same street until she recently moved to a condo. My other brother Jim, resides on Grand Lake St. Mary.

Having nothing to personally gain as a trustee, I want to serve the community I am so proud of Elected, I will publish a telephone number the entire community can call with any comments, needs or complaints. I am sincere when I state I will respond to each call.

In summary, let's keep our community safe for our children. Let's insure our township employee's, our senior citizens, our businesses and our entire community are "happy campers". "One of You", not a professional politician, just a regular guy, a proud citizen of Delhi Township and a real "REFRESHNG CHANGE"
