• let your voice be heard
• not be a rubbers stamp or a yes person
• reduce the bond debt: 1989 it cost you only $44.00; 1998 it cost you $249.00 per person
• have a street inventory and a 5 year street plan
• reduce the number of emergency ordinances, so there's citizens impute
• control the 40% pay raise council voted for and the raises the administration gave to inexperienced people with approval of council
• control the city cars
• improve the morale of city employees (why have so many experienced and dedicated employees left?)
• spend our money wisely- 1989 budget $8,3344,000; 1998 budget $14,245,000- with a budget increase of approximately $6,000,000- where is the money????? whey is the city $9,000,000 in debt??????
• I will work on ward 3 citizens problems before they have to present a petition to council
