Our village is blessed with hard-working, dedicated, and responsible, caring people who have sacrificed greatly for recreations.
Our village is blessed with hard-working, dedicated, and responsible, caring people who have sacrificed greatly for recreations. We have a good foundation upon which to build; to expand our programs. To accomplish this we need to look for ways to encourage more parental involvement, volunteers, and local business support.

The Maple Street Park is where most of our funding is spent; as should be the case. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the costly upkeep of the ball field and swimming pool. However, we have forgotten the other parks in our village. The condition that presently exist at these locations are poor and, in some cases, hazardour. Much of the equipment is in disrepair and unusalbe. These parks cannot, must not, need not remain in such deplorable condition. Oru children need safe places to play... not the streets.
