1. How would you promote diversity of law clerks, bailiffs and support staff, etc.?

Answer from Robert Taylor:

"I do not consider factors such as gender, race, religion, age, etc., when faced with personnel matters."

2. Would you be in favor of countywide campaign finance regulations that would provide for public matching funds, limit campaign contributions and provide for more disclosure? What do you think of these ideas and why would you support or oppose such measures?

Answer from Robert Taylor:

No. Canon 7 contains sufficient regulation of judicial races.

3. What single change in court polices and procedures would do the most to improve the administration of justice in Hamilton county?

Answer from Robert Taylor:

I am currently satisfied with the Court's policies and procedures as they may impact the administration of justice in Hamilton County. The only factor which has the greatest impact upon the Municipal Court is the volume of cases. This is a factor over which the Court has no control. The Court and its various committees meet many times per month in order to deal with problems that arise.
