A renewal of part of an existing levy, being a reduction of 0.15 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Symmes Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of ACQUIRING AND MAINTAINING PARK AND RECREATIONAL AREAS at a rate not exceeding one and eighty-five hundredths (1.85) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eighteen and five-tenths cents ($0.1 85) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 1999, first due in calendar year 2000.
