As a grandparent raising two grandsons, quality of life has a special meaning to me.The term "Quality of life" has a special meaning to me. As a grandparent raising two boys, I want them to grow up in the kind of hometown my family has enjoyed here for five generations. I feel deeply about retaining our rich heritage while we plan for the future. Families deserve the opportunity to build careers and raise their children in a town with promising jobs and housing they can afford. We must act now to ensure that our children can swim in an ocean free of pollution and attend schools without the threat of drugs and violence. |
