Full Biography for Susan F. Taylor

Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Ceres Unified School District; Area 2; Unexpired Short Term

I have lived in Ceres for the past 9 years. I am married and have three children, two girls ages 10 & 12 and one boy age 6. I am a homemaker and I am grateful that I was able to be a stay at home mom and take care of my children.

Since I do not have a traditional job I am able to help out at school on a daily basis. I have been a parent volunteer at Don Pedro School for the past 8 years. Along with helping out in the classroom I have served on the PTA board for the past 7 years, two of those years as PTA President. I have held a seat on the School Site Council for the past 4 years and was a part of the Safe School Planning Committee at Don Pedro Elementary.

Although I stay active within the school I am also involved with some city activities. I am currently on the Ceres Dolphins Swim Team Board along with being a leader for Girl Scout Troop 185. I am a member of St. Jude Church and teach a 4th grade CCD class. I am also associated with the Ceres Cowboys Youth Football and Cheerleading teams.
