I support implementation of a two year budget program. This will force us to be more future focused; enhance fiscal planning; and allow us to handle future challenges by responding more effectively. I support efforts by the Finance Dept and the Finance Commission to project and forecast future revenue trends. I support a process which educates residents to all the possible near future capital improvements. I support a process which prioritizes bond and special funding measures. If left to the current approach, I am concerned that residents will feel like they are being "nickeled and dimed". Further, we should first fund that which we as a community believe is most impor
