  • Monitoring the interim alliance between the two Districts which I initiated in 1996 and which has increased services without increasing taxes
  • Exploring whether the Measure H tax can be safely reduced in light of the savings stemming from consolidation of resources

  • I'm in favor of the consolidation of the Point Montara Fire Protection District and the Half Moon Bay Fire Protection District
  • I feel that fire safety can not be compromised.
  • Consolidation reduces duplication of services. With the economy of scale, we can pool our resources to better address delivery of services.
