Candidate for Council Member; City of Santa Barbara

This information is provided by the candidate
Santa Barbara needs STRONG AND CAPABLE LEADERSHIP to protect our quality of life. With your support, I hope to provide that leadership.

I will work to bring a renewed sense of honesty and integrity to City Hall. As a product of a middle-class upbringing, I WILL BRING MORAL RESPONSIBILITY to my role as councilmember. I will work to earn your trust and represent you well. I PROMISE TO BE ACCESSIBLE, ACCOUNTABLE, AND TO ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION.

We need to bring local government back to the basics. I will work to provide our LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL with the tools and support necessary to provide the utmost protection to our neighborhoods and our business district. We must all feel safe in our homes, and safe to walk our streets.

OUR ENVIRONMENT IS SECOND TO NONE. I will dedicate my decisions to protecting the priceless environment that makes Santa Barbara so unique.

I WILL SUPPORT THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY by promoting fair, consistent and reasonable policies. I will work to sustain a vigorous ECONOMIC VITALITY. With your help, I know we can turn words into actions.

I HOPE I CAN COUNT ON YOUR VOTE THIS NOVEMBER 2ND. THANK YOU.
