I hope to work with all segments of the community to produce a positive future for our town... one that preserves the unique qualities that brought us all here to live.

Mill Valley is known for its long history of effective, principled government. At a time when civility and mutual respect often seem to be eroding around us, it is essential that we maintain our high standards. I will strive to unite the community to produce a supportive attitude toward our City that continues the traditions of responsiveness, excellence and dignity.

The identities and character that define our neighborhoods in fact define Mill Valley. I want to see this tradition maintained and enhanced, with more participation in local associations and more interaction among neighborhood groups. In working to manage the problems of development and growth, I will look to these local groups for guidance and support.
