  • Ensure that the Novato Fire Protection District continues to provide the highest level of life safety and fire protection in a cost-effective manner.
  • Increase the number of paramedic engine companies to four this fiscal year
  • Ensure that the county-wide emergency communications system is on-line, on time, within the $22 million budget.
